We are currently seeking a Regional Managing Project Manager for our West Jordan, Utah location! The Managing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the health, accuracy, and execution quality of projects within an assigned region. This role serves as the first layer of leadership above Project Managers, ensuring consistent project reporting, accurate system data (TaskRay), proactive issue escalation, and strong cross-functional communication. The Managing Project Manager focuses on project oversight, PM coaching, early risk detection, process enforcement, and regional performance improvement. This role is critical to scaling the Project Management organization while maintaining quality, predictability, and customer confidence. Duties Include: Directly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers Balance project assignments and workloads to ensure sustainable capacity Serve as escalation point for high-risk projects, customer concerns, and internal blockers Review project health, milestones, and at-risk indicators Enforce standard PM processes, SOPs, and documentation quality Partner with Sales, Field Services, Design, and Operations leadership Support onboarding, training, and performance development of PMs Maintain limited direct project ownership for complex or strategic projects Requirements 5–8+ years in project management (multi-site / complex deployments preferred 2–4+ years managing people (coaching, accountability, performance management) Proven ability to own full project lifecycle and drive consistent execution Strong in project systems & reporting (TaskRay/Salesforce or similar) Demonstrated risk identification, escalation, and cross-functional leadership Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) PMP or equivalent certification (nice to have, not required) Compensation & Benefits Compensation is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
