PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGEMENT

• Manages projects with cross functional teams as directed from the Strategic North Star
• Facilitate Obeya methodology throughout Corporate and sites to ensure alignment with Strategy
• Lead projects to create and sustain desirable results that have an impact to safety, quality, cost reduction, delivery and improve workflow inefficiencies.Foster and support Wis-Pak Mission, Culture and Values

• Collaborates with Engineering to introduce the newest innovations to ensure the business stays productive and competitive across 7 sites
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations on capital equipment qualification and implementation
• Assist Maintenance & Operations to identify correct PM and repair parts list
• Facilitates from Engineering hand-off through commissioning to Employee training and stabilization
• Creates & maintains master data and routings
• Leads and trains problem solving methods to improve processes and controls
