Description Summary: The Regional Marketing Coordinator is a key support role responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and comprehensive marketing and technology support to agents. As the primary point of contact in the office, this position ensures a professional and welcoming experience while assisting agents in growing their business through marketing initiatives, training, and office operations. The Coordinator also plays a vital role in implementing regional marketing campaigns and materials that align with company goals. Duties/Responsibilities: Act as the "face of the company," greeting customers as they enter the office, call in, or visit the office, and presenting a professional image to current or potential customers. Train new agents on our technology and systems, studying/learning new systems, and answering questions about those systems. Serve as a liaison between agents and customers, proactively identifying ways to support agents in growing and succeeding in their real estate business. Manage day-to-day office operations, including customer service tasks, general maintenance (cleaning, supplies, equipment), and communication with departments such as Accounts Payable and Relocation. Maintain real estate office files and manage all listing updates—including new listings, price changes, extensions, under contracts, and sold properties—across programs and websites with accuracy, while also overseeing assigned floor schedules. Assist real estate agents with leveraging social media to enhance their personal branding and listing exposure, including account troubleshooting, content creation, and distribution of promotional graphics. Collaborate with ASCs, Brokers, Managers, DSGs, RMCs, and Technology Specialists to execute office marketing projects and deliver agent training sessions. Manage marketing project submissions for agents by consulting on options, pricing, and materials, gathering all necessary assets, and coordinating with assigned designers to ensure smooth collaboration. Communicate and execute marketing initiatives across the region in alignment with company goals by collaborating on digital and print campaigns, suggesting effective strategies, creating templated designs, supporting agent relations, and assisting with trainings. Create and distribute a monthly regional newsletter featuring social media tips, brand standards, training resources, and marketing tools. Self-directed; ability to work both independently and in team environment. Ability to learn new skills rapidly and accurately and attend all company provided training both virtually and in-person as invited when applicable. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Computer skills: Basic (typing, basic spreadsheets, emails, and using real estate software systems) Real Estate (understanding of all corporate and company proprietary technology with ability to train agents on technology, including but not limited to, one-on-one training and lunch-n-learns). Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite software. Experience with Adobe InDesign Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to perform general cleaning to light maintenance work. Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
