KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a professional service or equivalent B2B environment.
  • Previous demonstrable experience in local/regional marketing, with a specific focus on designing and creating resources for colleagues to use with clients/prospects.
  • An excellent understanding of PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Experience with email marketing software and database management.
  • Experience managing and creating content.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively whilst being flexible to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to get involved.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A real passion for social media and digital media channels and projects.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Marketing Executive for the South, you will deliver effective marketing activity & support to colleagues across regional offices in the South of the UK generating organic growth and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and create regional and local collateral to promote our services in the region.
  • Plan and support the management of local events and webinars.
  • Prepare tailored pitch and tender documents for client facing team members.
  • Support local PR campaigns and drive results.
  • Maintain and support the management of local client contact databases and manage local email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content from the region to drive local marketing messaging and brand awareness.
  • Plan and manage the distribution of local Direct Mail campaigns in the region.
  • Deliver all activities related and agreed within the regional marketing plans.
  • Complete all local marketing resource requests submitted by the region ensuring timely follow-up and sign off.
  • Support M&A activity in the region ensuring onboarding activities are completed on time.
  • Regularly attend office meetings to represent Marketing in the region being the go-to support for any local/regional Marketing requests.
