JOB DESCRIPTION:

Upper Madison College (UMC) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager for China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Southeast Asia. This role requires a strong leader with a sales-driven mindset, and a commitment to building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, agents, and educational partners across these key regions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving recruitment targets, and ensuring that students are effectively supported throughout their journey with UMC.
Your success will directly impact your earning potential through a performance-based bonus of up to $30,000 annually, with a focus on achieving sales goals while also delivering excellent student care and ensuring their smooth transition into UMC.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in student recruitment or a related field, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Knowledge of student recruitment or experience in the high school education system is a plus.
  • Proven success in sales-driven environments, particularly in international markets.
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) required.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance sales performance with exceptional student service and retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate agents and partners to meet sales goals while ensuring a focus on student care.
