SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 8 years’ experience of marketing including brand building and management within a highly dynamic industry across markets
  • Experience of using consumer and market insight to drive commercial gain leveraging on all levers of Marketing
  • Tobacco or tobacco-related industry experience managing global and regional brands
  • Alcohol industry managing global and regional brands
  • Marketing experience in parts of Asia, Africa, Australia, Middle East, Africa and Central Eastern Europe is preferred

We’re seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Combustibles) to support the Head of Regional Marketing across Asia, Africa, Australia, the Middle East, and Central Eastern Europe. This role is key in aligning global and regional consumer strategies with commercial planning and execution. We offer hybrid working: two days per week in our Bristol office and three days from home.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Participate in and drive strategic thinking, integrating, and inputting cross-market viewpoints within the region to support delivery of business objectives.
  • Co-lead Portfolio Strategy & Reviews, and support Market Execution Plan (Commercial Plan) by ensuring consumer centric initiative plans that support brand & business targets.
  • Ongoing assessment of Business Cases for new launches incl. feasibility and alignment with all relevant teams to enable markets achieving their business targets.
  • Support Head of Regional Marketing with regional-led decision making and operationalising key initiatives with global marketing and supply chain function.
  • Works with markets within the region & global teams on co-creating Combustible Portfolio / Brand Strategy.
  • Works with markets to ensure that regional and local brand architectures are optimally positioned and activated to drive success across relevant consumer segments.
