We're seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the UK market: you will own the strategy and execution of country-level marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue across the UK market. You will work closely with UK sales, SDRs, customer teams, and strategic partners to deliver targeted programmes aligned to the buyer journey, supporting account-based strategies and accelerating enterprise opportunities across priority verticals. This role acts as the primary marketing owner for the UK, bridging global marketing strategy with local market execution and partner-led growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Sales Alignment Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities, pipeline targets, and revenue goals. Partner closely with UK sales leadership to understand market dynamics, territory plans, and enterprise buyer personas. Localize global campaigns, messaging, and value propositions for the UK market, industries, and account segments. Campaign Execution & Demand Generation Design and deliver integrated UK campaigns (digital, in-person, and hybrid) to drive demand and brand awareness. Own planning and execution of UK events including executive briefings, roundtables, conferences, roadshows, and account-specific experiences. Work with SDRs and sales teams to ensure strong post-campaign follow-up, nurture programmes, and opportunity conversion. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for priority UK enterprise accounts in collaboration with sales and global marketing. Develop customized experiences, messaging, and outreach strategies for high-value UK accounts. Partner Marketing Collaborate with UK channel and alliance partners (e.g. technology, services, and integration partners) to design and execute joint marketing initiatives. Plan and deliver co-marketing activities such as joint events, webinars, campaigns, partner-led ABM, and content. Align closely with partner sales teams to support pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and co-sell motions in the UK. Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. Analytics & Performance Optimization Measure and report on UK program performance, including pipeline contribution, ROI, influenced revenue, and partner impact. Use CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to track engagement, leads, and funnel progression. Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and feedback from sales and partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product marketing, digital, content, customer marketing, and partner teams to deliver UK-relevant messaging and assets. Act as the voice of the UK market and partner ecosystem, sharing insights with global marketing and product teams. Profile 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in regional, field, demand generation, or partner marketing roles targeting enterprise buyers Proven success working with enterprise sales teams and channel or alliance partners to drive pipeline and revenue Strong experience with ABM, regional campaigns, and partner-led demand generation Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (sales, partners, internal teams) simultaneously Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), and analytics tools Willingness to travel within the UK to support events, sales, and partner activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in vertical-focused marketing (Real Estate is a strong plus). Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and co-sell models. Experience in global B2B SaaS organizations with enterprise and partner-led go-to-market motions.
