Your tasks will include We are looking for a hands-on Regional Marketing Manager who wants to be involved with a real global impact and bring genuine change to the world by helping us stop the acceleration of climate change. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive our marketing presence in Estonia while orchestrating cross-border synergies with international teams in your portfolio. This is a high-impact hybrid role designed for a versatile marketer who excels at digital strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily execution. Your manager for this position will be our Head of Marketing, Silver, who is best described as someone who always finds a solution, no matter the problem. You will also work closely with Kristjan Anderson, our Country Manager for Estonia, who leads local market development and plays a key role in coordinating and supporting marketing activities on the ground. While anchored in our Estonian team, you will act as a strategic partner to our local team in Romania and drive marketing synergy with our reseller partner in Ukraine. Your tasks will include Drive brand growth in Estonia by architecting local strategies, managing the country budget, and executing high-impact campaigns. Oversee the marketing budget and workflow in Romania, ensuring premium delivery through local external partners. Optimize market investments and drive marketing alignment with our reseller partner in Ukraine. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events tailored to the agricultural sector. Produce expert educational content for our blog and digital channels to position eAgronom as a thought leader in agriculture. Own and grow eAgronom’s social media presence within the Estonian market. You will be responsible for marketing our podcast "Kabiinijutud," which is aimed at the Estonian market Must-haves Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing A-level written and spoken Estonian language skills Great written and verbal English language skills Ability to set goals independently Interest and passion for agriculture sector marketing Strong communication and organisational skills Experience organising events or being part of an organising team Experience managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) Experience with META ads. Experience managing marketing projects and/or campaigns Readiness to test and implement AI-tools into your work B-category driving licence Nice-to-haves Professional or educational background in agriculture, environmental sciences, or climate-tech, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging narratives. Experience with video production or photography Understanding of Google analytics tools (Analytics, Tag manager, Ads) We will guarantee Hybrid work and availability to work from Tartu or Tallinn office.
