Based out of our Espoo office, we are expanding our regional footprint and we have opened this role to partner closely with our Sales & Account Management engine. As such, we are seeking a commercial and innovative Marketing leader to spearhead our Energy & Utilities marketing strategy – driving demand, elevating our brand, and creating a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

  • Craft Compelling Product Stories . Transform technical features into powerful messaging that resonates with customers and drives market differentiation.
  • Create Content That Converts . Develop solution briefs, blogs, videos, and case studies that guide buyers and accelerate their journey from awareness to decision.
  • Lead Integrated Campaigns . Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, build pipeline, and fuel business growth.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) . Implement targeted ABM strategies for priority accounts, ensuring marketing efforts directly support sales objectives.
  • Amplify Brand Through Events & Partnerships . Plan and deliver impactful industry and customer events, forging relationships with influencers and partners to expand Hansen’s reach.
  • Optimise Campaigns with Data . Track, analyse, and refine campaign performance using advanced analytics, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results.
  • Champion Operational Excellence . Maintain accurate CRM and marketing databases, ensuring compliance and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor Market Trends. Stay ahead of competitive shifts and industry changes, adapting strategies to keep Hansen at the forefront of the market.
