Description Kunes Auto Group is hiring two Regional Marketing Managers to support our rapidly expanding dealership network. This role serves as the key connection between our Marketing team and dealership leadership, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business goals. We are hiring: 1 Regional Marketing Manager – Service Marketing Focus 1 Regional Marketing Manager – General Sales/Operations Focus If you’re a hands-on marketer who can manage multiple locations, influence leaders, and turn ideas into action, this is a high-impact role with real visibility. What You’ll Do Act as the primary marketing liaison for assigned dealerships/regions Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events Partner directly with General Managers and Regional Leaders Present and explain marketing performance and reporting Identify opportunities to increase leads, traffic, and revenue Manage and track regional marketing budgets and spend Plan and support community events and sponsorships Ensure stores are equipped with marketing materials and resources Provide guidance and education on marketing tools, programs, and strategy Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills — able to work with GMs, leadership, and marketing teams Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stores Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights Proficiency with marketing tools, reporting platforms, and general business systems Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and accountability Preferred Background Experience in automotive, retail, multi-location, or agency marketing Exposure to service lane marketing, fixed ops, or customer lifecycle marketing (for Service-focused role) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not required) Background in customer service or operations-facing roles is a strong plus Work Environment In-office role based in Delavan, WI Occasional travel to dealership locations within your region High collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Regional Leadership Why Kunes Auto Group At Kunes, we’re building something different — a culture rooted in faith, family, and giving back, where people are empowered to grow and make an impact.
