Responsibilities

Work with the global product management & regional commercial teams to drive the development and execution of the strategy in support of the delivery of financial and share gain targets.
To be the primary liaison between the regional commercial leadership team / strategic account management and BU LoB leaders and their global product management teams to ensure that customers have the products they need and our personnel have the necessary selling skills and tools to sell and support the commercial strategies.
Be a key member in the creation, execution and monitoring of regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives including setting of KPI’s, defining analytics and prioritization of those initiatives linked to BTSO’s and other core business strategies.
Execute the global strategic plan with specified regional tactics, able to bridge multiple functions to simplify the process and get things done.
Work with the Marketing Communications partners to develop and deploy an annual communications plan
