Responsibilities Lead the regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to local market specifics and trends, informed by continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape, and cultural shifts Directly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Сontent specialists), setting the direction, removing blockers, and creating an efficient environment Develop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies for Philippines and its client community Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and results Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour, and guide your team's priorities Serve as the key connection point between your local team and Global HQ - sharing market insights and coordinating on global campaigns Requirements 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3 or more specialists (e.g., KOL, Content, PR, or SMM/Community) in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast-moving industry Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Philippines Strong understanding of marketing 360, including brand building, KOL/Influence marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM Proven experience directly allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets ranging from $50,000, skilled at driving down CPA and maximizing ROI Solid hands-on experience with any of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track Native Tagalog and fluent in business English for daily communication with the cross-regional teams Will be a plus Strong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Philippine influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts and local partners Hands-on proficiency with mobile attribution platforms – AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Philippines Familiarity with AI and automation tools to support content and campaign production We offer Experience a dynamic and engaging work environment 16 paid vacation days per year 14 paid sick leave days per year 11 days Public holidays Medical insurance Dental expenses reimbursement Parking and commuting reimbursement Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
