Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join their EMEA Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global financial services firm that manages over $1.7 trillion in assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing all elements of the marketing mix, and partnering with sales teams to support distribution efforts. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Regional Marketing Manager, your primary role will be to develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team. You will manage all elements of the marketing mix, from fully integrated campaigns to targeted marketing activity for both institutional and intermediary audiences. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in managing the event calendar and budget allocation for all event and roadshow planning. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all materials are produced in accordance with compliance guidelines.

  • Develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team
  • Manage all elements of the marketing mix from fully integrated campaigns to targeted marketing activity
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand their businesses, local market nuances, product and channel priorities
  • Create bespoke materials for conferences, roadshows and roundtable events in partnership with Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing and Sales teams
  • Manage event calendar and budget allocation for all event and roadshow planning
  • Ensure content distribution via all online portals in region
  • Measure the outcome of each campaign and share results
  • Ensure compliance guidelines are adhered to in all material production

The ideal candidate for the Regional Marketing Manager position brings a strong background in asset management marketing, with exposure to both institutional and intermediary marketing. Your excellent organisational, project and time management skills will enable you to deliver timely projects while anticipating potential issues. Your ability to edit and repurpose content for various distribution outlets will be crucial in this role. An additional European language would be advantageous but not essential.
