GENERAL MISSION

As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing regional marketing strategies that align with global objectives. You will work in a matrixed environment, collaborating with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth in your region.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • MARKET UNDERSTANDING:Gather market intelligence from regional leadership, analyse trends and customer feedback, and assess competitors. Provide input on sales enablement materials.
  • MARKETING PLAN AND EXECUTION:Contribute to the regional marketing plan by collecting local needs and ideas. Coordinate execution with other marketing managers and the central marketing team.
  • LOCAL EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION:Support the creation of local communication assets, including logos, templates, brochures, videos, and presentations, with help from the central marketing team.
  • LOCAL EVENTS AND WEBINARS:Assist in planning and executing local events and webinars, ensuring alignment with global standards and managing logistics and content.
  • LOCAL CAMPAIGNS AND LEAD MANAGEMENT:Support regional campaigns, manage distribution of materials, track engagement, and report findings.
  • CAMPAIGN RESULTS AND LEAD FOLLOW-UP:Qualify and follow up on leads generated from local marketing efforts. Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure accurate tracking and progression.
  • GLOBAL CAMPAIGN DEPLOYMENT:Ensure relevant global campaigns, events, and webinars are effectively deployed in the region by coordinating local participation and communication.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of PLG’s products, target audience, and market competition.
  • Proficiency in communication channels such as social media, events, and advertising.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • STRATEGIC CAMPAIGN EXECUTION:Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:Manage regional social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with audiences to strengthen brand presence.
  • MARKETING TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE:Act as a super user for platforms like Pardot. Manage email campaigns, website updates, analytics, and webinars.
  • EVENT SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT:Coordinate logistics with the global events director, liaise with internal teams and organisers, and provide on-site support when needed.
  • MARKETING ANALYTICS AND REPORTING:Develop analytics frameworks to measure effectiveness across channels. Use insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • CONTENT MANAGEMENT:Maintain up-to-date and consistent marketing content across local channels. Track and calendarise all marketing activities.
