EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

  • Qualification in Marketing (BTech, HND, HNC) preferable
  • Understanding and appreciation of key marketing principles.
  • Demonstrate Internal and External Marketing Communication skills.

Key Skills / Competencies:

  • Excellent social media strengths - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram for example
  • Experience of Project / Event management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Experience of digital marketing
  • Great attention to detail with good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good initiative, curiosity and a passion to learn

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written English Language strengths
  • Good Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Power Point proficiency
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
  • Occasional travel within Renault Trucks Commercial sites where required, occasional nights away, some foreign travel may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with RTUK Marketing team to ensure RTC comply with the corporate Brand guidelines
  • Analysis and reporting of all RTC marketing activities
  • Contribution to appropriate marketing plans in respect of; Digital & Printed advertising, Events/Exhibitions, Tactical Marketing, Relationship Marketing, DOT Mailer Marketing, PoS material, Web Site maintenance, Social media and Internal Communications.
  • Proactively work with Sales Support & CRM Manager RTC and RTUK to ensure accurate Customer Management database to drive and deliver effective marketing strategy.
  • Support HR resource with employee engagement and Employee Forum workshops
  • Support with Market research to maximise profitability of Marketing Campaigns and Events
  • Provide PR and Social Media leads / support to Central Marketing Team
  • Co-ordination with RTC staff of the construction and issuing of RTC monthly newsletter.
  • Work in accordance with Renault Truck UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care.
  • Support RTC head office functions.
  • Ensure that RTC and all marketing strategies are GDPR compliant.
