REGIONAL MATERIALS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT - SELA (M/F/D)

Location:Viana do Castelo, PT, 4925 – 432
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (> 50% remote)

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics or related area;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • knowledge of legal aspects regarding material flow;
  • Fluent in English language, German language as a plus;
  • Knowledge of Ms Office (advanced excel) and SAP user.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the directives and objectives given by the ENERCON Global Service and local management with regard to the management of the Materials processes;
  • Plan, lead, organize, and control multiple project initiatives by the approved scope and schedule;
  • Active participation in all regional and subregional projects, bridging Sub Region with central Departments;
  • Ensure a smooth transition to operations post-go-live and ramp-up;
  • Interact directly with various customer representatives, ranging from senior operations to warehouse operations and end-users;
  • Collaborate with customer and operations leadership to ensure all processes are adhered to throughout the implementation process;
  • Work closely with project managers to identify potential issues and risks;
  • Create documentation that enables the transition from implementation to post implementation;
  • Assure and Prepare Project related reporting;
  • Prepare adhoc analysis for Regional, Sub Regional Materials Management data;
  • Contribute actively to ensure the availability of material for the operational areas;
  • Start and monitor escalation processes for material availability and urgencies;
  • Carry out the reporting’s established according to the periodicity defined until the deadline (s) established;
  • Active communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide training and support on operational management for the subregions;
  • Comply with the Company’s Health and Safety regulations, procedures and technical instructions.
