As a Midwifery Leader the post holder will work as part of a dynamic regional maternity team in delivering oversight and monitoring of compassionate maternity services across the East of England
The post holder will have accountability and responsibility for the strategic and operational development across maternity services, including quality improvement and transformational leadership and workforce across the East of England, with particular focus on the national perinatal policy.
To lead the quality and clinical workforce expertise contribution and work
Manage and actively promote relationships with key stakeholders.
Lead on developing expertise and skills to develop leaders of the future·
Develop and implement systems to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, Directorate and the wider NHS organisations as appropriate.
