Alliance Health Group is seeking a Regional Medicaid Coordinator to join our team.

• Assistance, training and oversight of business office managers throughout North Carolina for all patient Medicaid eligibility, timely applications, and gathering supportive documentation
• Tracking of AR related to Medicaid outstanding balances.
• For difficult cases, analyzing eligibility requirements, patient and family counseling as needed, reveiwing financial statements and checking personal information to minimize bad debt in the area of Medicaid pending. Document all findings.
• Direct and coordinate the functions and activities of the business office relative Medicaid eligibility.
• Managment of daily census entry in PCC software
• Monitor and collect Account Receivables in the area of Medicaid eligibility, monthly patient liabilites and rep payee
• Report delinquent accounts to the Nursing Home Administrator and regional Business Office Manager for coordination and follow-up
