The Regional Medical Head provides medical leadership to the MEAM region (Middle East Africa Maghreb), leading Ipsen’s medical strategy, direction & programs for the medical function across the MEAM region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MD, PhD, PharmD
• Extensive experience as a regional or global medical director
• Significant experience in cross functional and project management
• Significant people management experience
• RWE experience is a plus
• Project management leadership in studies and audits
• High thinking dexterity and social agility with a true mission and values orientation.

• Provide functional line management to the Medical Directors and support the affiliates/countries in the growth and evolution of their teams and services.
• First medical point of contact for all affiliate MDs outlined above and will proactively share best practice across the region.
• Ensure a strong cross-functional partnership.
