Regional Member Service Representative   Location: 4957 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495 Starting Pay for this role - $19.84/hour to $24.80/hour, actual starting pay will depend on experience Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible   REGIONAL MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – AMERICU CREDIT UNION (ROME, NY) AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Regional Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Regional Member Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A REGIONAL MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE * Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture * Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactions * Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services * Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships * Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships * Meet or exceed performance and service goals * Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed * Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system * Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail * Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements * Actively participate in community engagement initiatives * Cover shifts as needed in any Financial Center within your assigned region. You may be required to assist another region if needed.
