Regional Member Service Representative II Location: 4865 West Seneca Turnpike Onondaga Hill - Syracuse, NY 13215 Starting Pay for this role - $23.00 /hour to $26.87/hour, actual starting pay will depend on experience Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible   Who Are We? You will engage with members in person offering personalized financial solutions and delivering exceptional service that reflects our MVP-1 Team Culture.    What You’ll Do: As a Regional Member Service Representative II your key responsibilities will include:      1. Greet and assist members with professionalism and enthusiasm. 2. Conduct teller transactions and introduce members to ITM technology. 3. Use a consultative approach to identify financial needs and recommend solutions. 4. Cross-sell and refer credit union products and services, including loans and credit cards. 5. Support lending goals and ensure accurate loan documentation. 6. Serve as a lead trainer for new hires and support regional financial centers. 7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 8.
