JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional & National Marketing Manager will assist the Regional & National Director of Sales with a new outbound marketing initiative dedicated to generating revenue producing business for Ohio State venues.
This position develops, creates and implements a marketing plan and brand identity to grow awareness and demand in priority national and regional markets; manages content creation and storytelling initiatives that highlight the diversity, flexibility, and excellence of Ohio State’s venues; ensures cohesive brand representation across all marketing materials and platforms; creates and manages collateral, digital assets, advertisements, and promotional pieces tailored to event planners, higher education networks, and national partners; cultivate strategic relationships with external partners such as destination marketing organization and alumni associations; works with the web development team to incorporate web site updates and social media strategies; use CRM and analytics tools to track performance and ROI, identify audience trends and market feedback; prepares and presents reports and proposals using verbal, written and graphic presentation materials; this position will require working some nights and weekends.
