Description Job Title: Regional Nurse Reports to: Vice President of Operations FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary: The Regional Nurse serves as a key clinical leader supporting multiple senior living communities, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. This role partners closely with community leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing operations, implement personal care programs, and promote best practices in clinical care and resident services. The Regional Nurse also acts as a mentor, advisor, and resource to Directors of Nursing (DONs) and Executive Directors (EDs), providing guidance, training, and support to nursing teams while advancing the overall mission of Provision Living. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Support communities with nursing functions and personal care programs. Partner with Executive Directors and Directors of Nursing to ensure compliance, proper documentation, and quality care. Review assessments, care plans, medication administration reports, and nurse call times, helping communities address areas needing attention. Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to nursing leadership teams. Monitor and support regulatory compliance and best practices across communities. Travel regularly to multiple communities as needed. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university; or equitable experience Active unencumbered nursing license For Missouri, must have CBA or willing to obtain prior to start date Level 1 medication aide training certification preferred Skills/Experience 5–7 years of nursing experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care; leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, assessment, and judgment. Experience with EHR systems and comfortable using technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for caring for older adults. Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure, and maintain confidentiality. Commitment to high-quality care, hospitality, and a positive resident experience. Travel Employee must be able to travel 50-75% of the time.
