REGIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Salary: starting amount £17.50ph Salary is negotiable
Hours: Full time 40 hours
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Nursery Manager to support our nurseries across The Manchester Area.
Role Overview:
As a Regional Nursery Manager, you will provide leadership and operational support across multiple nursery settings. You will step in where needed, ensuring high standards of childcare, compliance with regulations, and effective team management. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong leadership skills to maintain excellence in all our nurseries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management support across multiple nurseries within the group.
  • Step in as an interim Nursery Manager when required, ensuring the smooth running of the setting.
  • Support nurseries in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements (Ofsted, EYFS, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, etc.).
  • Mentor and develop nursery teams, ensuring high-quality care and education.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of nursery staff.
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure financial and operational targets are met within each nursery.
  • Promote and uphold company policies, procedures, and values.
