Job Description Location: 15/F, Infinitus Plaza, 199 Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong Kong. This is an on-site, 5 days a week role. Salary: Up to HKD 475,000. You will be the leader and mentor for our regional Workplace Coordinator team, driving operational standards and administrative efficiency across Third Bridge's Asian offices. You will also partner with other teams and stakeholders around office moves and flexible working arrangements. What you will do - You’ll be the direct line manager for the Workplace Support Coordinators (a team of 6). You will handle performance development, workload distribution, and team morale. Act as the primary filter, problem-solver, and necessary escalation point for all daily facilities, operations, and employee issues reported by the team. Champion the consistent execution, maintenance, and enforcement of existing corporate policies, specifically related to Health & Safety (H&S) and general office administration across all sites. Ensure compliance documentation is tracked and maintained (e.g., H&S logs, scheduled maintenance checks). Manage local relationships with key vendors (e.g., cleaners, maintenance) and liaise with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity. Engage with internal stakeholders and management. Work on change management initiatives, with support from HR and the internal communications team. Assist the Head of Property with office moves and fit-outs. Oversee new joiner experience from a facilities and culture perspective. Travel as required (when permitted) to progress real estate initiatives in the Asia offices Qualifications Proven experience managing and leading a team. Experience leading staff in corporate office support, facilities, or hospitality is highly relevant. Experience working in a professional environment and a clear understanding of the standards and processes expected in a corporate setting. The desire to execute, maintain, and enforce existing administrative and H&S processes (the "steady state"). Exceptional ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, track compliance documents, and organize team workloads efficiently. Willingness to be flexible to support colleagues in different timezones when required, and be on site in our Hong Kong office Monday to Friday. Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary Range: HK$ 475,000 + bonus and benefits How will you be rewarded?
