Position Overview: The position will be responsible to overseeing, controlling, and optimizing all liner operational activities within the assigned region, including ensures safe vessel operations, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and the achievement of service performance and cost targets. Responsibilities: Monitor fleet performance indicators, including schedule reliability, vessel utilization, and fuel efficiency. Control and optimize marine operating expenses (bunker consumption, port charges, agency fees, repair maintenance). Manage and oversee vessel operations within the regional area. Maintain operational standards and best practices across all assigned routes and ports. Investigate and follow up on incidents, near misses, and audit findings. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with port authorities, harbor masters, terminals, ship agents, and third-party service providers. Ensure alignment and effective communication with liner, terminal, depot, and logistics teams. Supervise and guide regional operational teams. Ensure crew and operational staff meet required competency and certification standards. Support training and development initiatives to strengthen operational capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from any related major. Minimum 8+ years of experience in the same position. Minimum 3+ years of experience in coordinator / managerial position. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficient in English. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Willing to be placed at assigned region (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatera, NTT).
