As Regional Operational Excellence Director, you will lead the global deployment of the Haleon Production System (HPS) across regions and countries, ensuring strong strategic alignment with regional objectives and delivering sustainable performance improvement at scale. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for strategy, capability building, engagement, and execution, working closely with regional leaders, site leadership teams, and operational excellence communities across Haleon. You will act as a global change leader and coach, embedding HPS ways of working while developing organizational capability and operational maturity across our manufacturing network. A Day in the Life (What you’ll do) Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Haleon Production System programme and its deployment across multiple countries. Partner with regional and site leadership teams to ensure strong engagement, people change planning, capability building, and structured deployment at all sites. Govern deployment planning, progress tracking, gap assessments, and performance reviews, removing barriers and accelerating HPS maturity. Role model, coach, and train leaders and teams on Haleon Production System standards and behaviours. Lead HPS communications, benchmarking, best-practice sharing, lessons learned, and knowledge propagation across regions. Support resourcing, capability planning, and recruitment for site-level Haleon Production System roles. Provide structured options to resolve complex operational challenges, prioritise solutions, build alignment, and drive disciplined execution. Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise we need: 10+ years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management Strong experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles Proven project, programme, and people leadership capability Preferred Qualifications Ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all organisational levels Comfortable operating within a complex, global matrix environment Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives Strong commercial and operational business acumen Experience within a cGMP pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment Strong analytical capability with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution High levels of accountability, flexibility, and sense of urgency Why Haleon At Haleon, the Win as One Framework guides how we lead and deliver impact.
