Our client creates technology innovation focused on solutions to manage employees, attendance, and payroll calculations in compliance with legal requirements We are currently searching for a Regional Operations & Account Manager: We are seeking a Regional Operations & Account Manager to lead the organizational administration and strategic growth of our corporate client portfolio. This is a high-impact role that combines Organizational Governance with a sophisticated Farming approach. Your primary mission is to ensure the administrative health of our regional offices while proactively managing and expanding relationships with high-scale corporate accounts through executive presence and commercial tenacity. Responsibilities Strategic Account Farming: Proactively manage, protect, and grow long-standing corporate accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through high-level relationship management. Organizational Administration: Lead the administrative governance of the regional office, ensuring that all operational, financial, and back-office processes are optimized and aligned with corporate standards. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary strategic liaison between the organization and corporate clients, resolving complex operational issues and ensuring service excellence. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Direct and develop a team of 4 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, commercial sharpness, and administrative precision. Regional Reporting & Oversight: Coordinate resources, activities, and executive reports to provide full visibility into the regional office's performance and client health. Travel & On-site Governance: Conduct frequent travel (10-15 times per year) to perform on-site audits, client reviews, and relationship-strengthening sessions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduated) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Account Management Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in Strategic Farming or Managing High-Profile Corporate Accounts. Experience in technology services is required, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in human resources solutions (e.g., Payroll, HCM, Staffing, or Outsourcing). Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience leading administrative or operational teams with a focus on organizational performance. Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and execute retention strategies for complex, large-scale contracts. Administrative Governance: Solid background in back-office management, P&L oversight, and organizational process improvement. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Work Model & Residence: Option A (Querétaro): If you reside in Querétaro, the model is Remote with frequent travel for client visits and regional office audits. Option B (Other Cities): If you reside in Tijuana, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Monterrey, Reynosa, Juárez, or San Luis Potosí, the model is 100% On-site at the local regional office with frequent client visits.
