  • Proven success in commercial leadership, including P&L ownership, workforce planning, and performance uplift.
  • Strong track record in leading and developing large teams.

  • Champion compliance, safety and quality - partnering with Education, Quality, and WHS to embed a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with People & Culture, Marketing, Enrolments, and Finance to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Identify risks and remove barriers - proactively support your campuses through complex challenges and operational escalations.
  • Live the OAC Way - consistently model and embed our HEART values and leadership behaviours across your region.
  • Influence beyond your region - contribute to national strategy, forums, and business-wide transformation initiatives
Responsibilities

LEAD WITH HEART. GROW WITH PURPOSE. IMPACT WITH VISION.

At Only About Children (OAC), we believe early childhood education changes lives. With over 80 campuses across Australia, we’re proud to deliver high-quality education and care that puts children at the heart of every decision.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an inspiring and commercially driven Regional Operations Leader (Area Manager) to lead a group of campuses in NSW - Northern Beaches (portfolio).
This is more than an operations role - it’s a unique opportunity to build leadership capability, uplift performance, and influence the early learning journey for hundreds of children, families, and educators.
As a key member of our national operations leadership team, you’ll partner with a Director of Operations to drive strategy and outcomes across your region.
