The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00.
Join Amey as a Regional Operations Manager and take charge of a high-profile PFI contract covering Bristol Magistrates Court, North Somerset Courthouse, and Queensway House.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the public sector, managing essential services that support magistrates’ courts, probation services, and administrative centres. You’ll lead a team of up to 20 people, drive performance, and ensure compliance across three complex sites.

• Overseeing operations, budgets, and service delivery across three court sites
• Supporting and developing Site Managers, ensuring statutory compliance and client satisfaction
• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring contract KPIs and SLAs are met
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all sites
• Planning and delivering annual work schedules and long-term lifecycle plans
• Leading monthly client meetings and performance reviews
• Promoting a culture of compliance, governance, and customer-centric service
• Analysing contract performance and cascading insights to site teams
• Conducting performance and development reviews and supporting staff wellbeing
• Driving continuous improvement and sustainability
