SUMMARY
The Regional Manager of Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all operational activities across multiple airport locations within the assigned region. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality services in Aircraft Interior Cabin Cleaning and Security Searching, Exterior Aircraft Cleaning, Aircraft Maintenance, Catering Security, and Janitorial Services. The role requires comprehensive oversight of safety, regulatory compliance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
This position demands substantial expertise in aviation operations and familiarity with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing airport services.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel frequently to all locations in the assigned region, up to 80% of the time is required.
- Coordinate travel schedules in advance and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive operational leadership experience in the aviation services industry, with proven success overseeing multi-location, high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment with a large and diverse workforce preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing regional teams and driving consistent performance across geographically dispersed sites.
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory compliance programs in an aviation environment.
- IATA certification or training preferred.
