ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Retail Operations Manager is a great opportunity to develop your career with us. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting and coaching our store teams to be the best they can be whilst supporting the delivery of our regional operational plans.
You will cover a geographical region, reporting to the Regional Manager.

What you will do daily

  • Lead the Operations and Loss agenda across the region
  • You will share best practices and coach our store leaders to ensure there is an organized operating model to provide an outstanding customer experience in every store
  • Delivering standards across the region including operational compliance measures
  • Support the Regional Manager with customer complaints and employee relations
  • Ensuring that the regional deployment of clinics is set up to maximise customer availability
  • Analysing trends and performance to support Regional Manager with where our areas of focus lie
  • Visiting stores to gain insights to further improve the operational running of a store
  • Ensuring that stores are safe and legal
