The Regional Operations Manager will manage and enhance the operational performance of data centers across Singapore and regional facilities. This role focuses on implementing best practices, training teams, and supporting the establishment of new data center operations in the region to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Facilities Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of experiences in operation & maintenance related role in Data Centres or mission critical facilities.
  • Knowledge of DC industry standards, local building codes and safety standards. Certification in DC industry is an added advantage.
  • In-depth DC operational knowledge with ability to respond to complex enquiries or complaints from customers, users and/or senior management.
  • Proven management experience in managing a multidisciplinary shift operation team
  • Experience in dealing with various external stakeholders such as customers, consultants, contractors or service vendors.
  • Knowledge on regulations related to Electrical, Mechanical, fire safety and security, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to implement and drive the safety culture, while building an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
