Position Summary The Regional Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily clinical and administrative performance across multiple dental offices. Their primary responsibility is to drive consistent operational performance that results in sustainable and measurable revenue growth across all assigned practices. This individual ensures that each location delivers an exceptional patient experience, meets productivity goals, supports its doctors & staff, and follows standardized systems. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a growing multi-location environment. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Performance Primary responsibility: consistently grow revenue across all assigned offices Increase office productivity through better scheduling, workflow efficiency, and patient experience Improve treatment acceptance rates Drive recall and unscheduled treatment follow-up systems Enhance new patient conversion and retention Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in production and collections Reduce cancellations and no-shows through proactive oversight Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and Treatment Coordinators Build a culture of accountability, growth, and positivity Conduct weekly office visits and performance reviews Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training Operational Excellence Ensure consistency in daily operations, workflows, and systems Maintain compliance with company policies, HR standards, HIPAA & OSHA Oversee scheduling efficiency and productivity Implement company initiatives across all offices Performance & KPI Management Monitor production, collections, unscheduled treatment, and recall KPIs Review daily EOD reports, call logs, and treatment acceptance metrics Work closely with revenue cycle & billing teams to accelerate collections Identify performance gaps and build improvement plans Patient Experience Ensure exceptional hospitality across all offices Resolve patient concerns professionally & promptly Maintain 5-star review reputation across platforms Strategic Growth Support new office openings Coordinate with vendors, labs, and supply partners Execute regional events, CE trainings, and staff development initiatives Qualifications Required 3+ years experience in multi-site management OR large office management Proven ability to drive revenue growth in a service-based environment Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to manage deadlines, projects, and priorities Excellent communication & professionalism Valid driver’s license, consistent transportation Preferred Dental or healthcare operations experience Experience with EHR systems (Denticon a plus) Experience with KPI tracking, analytics & reporting Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses Paid time off + holidays Health benefits Leadership & CE development support Internal advancement pathway Requirements Qualifications Required 3+ years experience in multi-site management OR large office management Proven ability to drive revenue growth in a service-based environment Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to manage deadlines, projects, and priorities Excellent communication & professionalism Valid driver’s license, consistent transportation Preferred Dental or healthcare operations experience Experience with Multi-Location Management & Growth.
