Title: Regional Operations Manager
Salary: $95-120k
Location: East Coast
Schedule: Remote with travel
Company Profile: A retail organization with a focus on technology innovation and sustainability is looking to add a Regional Operations Manager to their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing operational efficiencies across multiple locations on the East Coast. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of business objectives, optimizing processes, and driving performance improvements in alignment with company objectives.

THE REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in regional operations management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) management
  • Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain optimization
  • Ability to travel as needed to oversee regional operations in NJ and ATL
