Our mission is to provide a safe haven for animals while fostering community support through volunteerism.

SALARY: £32500 - £35000 PER ANNUM

We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to head up our charity retail team and drive growth across our stores.

You’ll be the driving force behind:

• Bringing teams together and building a united, high-performing culture
• Boosting sales and retail performance across the charity.
• Leading expansion projects and opening new stores
• Negotiating with landlords to secure prime retail locations
• Making a real difference in the communities we serve
