Description

HELP MOVE THE WORLD—ONE UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY AT A TIME.

BEYOND Hospitality is building end-to-end travel experiences for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. We’re looking for a nimble, people-first Regional Operations Manager to lead ground transportation delivery across multiple Host Cities, ensuring thousands of guests get where they need to be—safely, smoothly, and right on time.

Why this role?

  • Scale & impact: Orchestrate complex, multi-city transport operations during one of the world’s biggest events.
  • Leadership & ownership: Mentor and mobilize a regional field team and vendor network to deliver 5-star experiences.
  • Fast-paced, meaningful work: Thrive in an environment where your decisions directly shape guest memories.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the regional delivery of ground transportation across assigned Host Cities—airport transfers, city moves, and inter-city movements for guests and programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Hospitality, IT, and Central Ops to align services with guest expectations and SLAs.
  • Build, brief, and support Field Operations Coordinators and on-site contractors; serve as the regional point of escalation to rapidly resolve issues.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and service agreements; ensure safety standards and compliance meet or exceed requirements.
  • Manage vehicle inventory needs by program; monitor contracts, milestones, and invoicing; support financial reporting.
  • Own readiness planning, event-time operations, incident response, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the tour/transport operating systems; drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel regularly to Host Cities for QA, venue coordination, vendor checks, and team training.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in logistics/operations management with multi-city scope; experience managing remote/on-site teams.
  • Deep knowledge of ground transportation operations (airport transfers, charters, motorcoaches, rides, etc.) and relevant regulations.
  • Calm, guest-centric problem solver with strong judgment in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict-resolution skills; confident working across multicultural teams and suppliers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Visio/Project a plus); comfort with planning and collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of tour operating systems; English fluency required, additional languages a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays during peak periods.
