Requirements:

• Five or more years of residential construction or energy auditing experience OR 4-year degree in a related field.
• Knowledge and experience with residential building science, residential energy efficiency and residential building construction.
• BPI Building Analyst or RESNET Rater Field Inspector certification is preferred
• Code / Energy inspector certification preferred.
• Capacity and desire to learn more about the construction industry.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and enter attics, basements, and other confined areas of a home.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. of equipment repeatedly throughout the day.
• Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to travel to markets within the company footprint
• Basic computer and keyboard competency and familiarity with MS Word & MS Excel.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Possess leadership skills and teamwork attitude.
• Punctual, polite and professional manner required.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional and competent manner;
• Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills, which includes the ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrently.

• Facilitate ICC Certifications of Field Teams
• Support Sales Team in Expansion of Markets & Services
• Track your inspection team’s equipment needs, repairs and calibration monthly
• Familiarize yourself with local codes and requirements to stay ahead of changes in your market
• Communicate with clients in your market to ensure that we are maintaining quality and consistency
• Train builders and trade partners in the field to help improve quality and efficiency
• Research potential clients in your market and work directly the sales management team
