ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven Retail Cleaning team.
Regional Operations Manager Scotland. Reporting to the National Account Director. Will lead a team of 3 Area Managers and through them 68 stores across the whole of Scotland. Accountable for performance of the account and all associated measures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on various contractual elements
• Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
• Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
• Lead and motivate a team
• Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
• Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
