Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations across multiple industrial project sites in the Freeport, TX area. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution of projects while building strong teams and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations. • Manage labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources across projects. • Collaborate with project managers, safety personnel, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project execution. • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership and operations teams. • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Working Conditions • Based in Freeport, TX, with frequent travel to job sites in the region. • Office and field-based work must be comfortable in industrial environments (e.g., refineries, plants, construction zones). • Flexible schedule with occasional evening or weekend work based on project needs. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field. • Certification in operations management or a relevant field • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards • Experience in petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial sectors.
