REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is based in Northwest Arkansas and is responsible for overseeing operations and growth of the business under management and development in the surrounding tri-state region of MO, OK, AR. You will work directly with our executive team and sophisticated clients that invest and develop commercial real estate. You will own the success of these businesses by managing daily operations, sales, and the client relationships.
Top Line Responsibilities: Operations Management, New Business, Client Service Management, Sales, People Development and Retention, New Business/Facility Set Up and Onboarding.
Compensation Structure: Base Salary Starting at $52K - $60k.
Phone/Vehicle/Gas: Expenses Covered.
Operations Incentives: 6-9% annual bonus potential.
Sales Incentives: % based on revenue for all new business.
Benefits: 1-2 Weeks of PTO in year 1 based on experience and progress.
Schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week M-F and occasional Saturdays as required. Outside business hours and travel as required, but minimal.
The following requirements must be understood before applying:
· This job requires driving to visit facilities and businesses with your personal vehicle, vehicle and/or mileage allowances are provided. Clean driving history and a valid drivers license is required.
· 2-3 years experience managing direct reports, experience developing people required.
· 2-3 years sales experience required.
· Proficient communication, time management, and organization skills required.
· High level of both business and technology acumen required.
· Advanced Proficiency Required in Windows and Microsoft business; excel, outlook, word, ppt
· Experience or willingness to learn required for Mac and Apple products
· Preferred Experience: Self Storage, Property Management, Real Estate, Budgeting, Business Management, Business Presentations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple locations within the region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and supervise store managers and staff to ensure consistent customer service and sales performance
- Conduct regular facility visits to assess operations, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the region

- Proven ability to lead and supervise teams effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors or partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
