KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Professional, polished communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security team management and site operations.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a talent for motivating and mentoring diverse teams.
• A deep commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, CCTV systems, and data protection regulations.
• Health and safety expertise with a proactive, risk-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business, including availability outside standard office hours.
• Essential: SIA frontline licence and a full UK driving licence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this pivotal position, you’ll oversee and optimize operational performance, set benchmarks for service excellence, and play a hands-on role in driving our ongoing growth. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues, spearhead new initiatives, and ensure outstanding service standards for clients—all supported by our state-of-the-art, NSI Gold-accredited in-house Control Room.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll:

• Deliver Operational Excellence: Achieve and exceed KPIs and SLAs, maintaining the highest standards.
• Foster Client Partnerships: Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR and Business Development to align operations with broader company goals.
• Recruit, Train, and Develop Talent: Build a motivated, high-performing team that delivers success across the board.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations.
• Support Real-Time Operations: Maintain accurate site documentation and collaborate with our Control Room team to ensure seamless service delivery.
