This role is field based supporting our Restaurants across Victoria and in our Support Office in South Yarra.

• Support Franchise Partners to improve the financial (sales and profitability) and operational performance of their business.
• Ensure that your patch achieves key KPIs in line with benchmarks and best practice.
• Deliver outstanding Guest experience across your patch, with Guest reviews to boast about.
• Be the conduit between Support Office and Franchise Partners, ensuring Schnitz policies are followed and that Franchise Partner issues are resolved in a respectful and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance to brand standards is achieved within your patch.
• Ensure that roll outs, marketing promotions and LTOs are executed to the highest standards with 100% rates of adoptions.
• Drive Franchise Partner and team member engagement.
• Assist Franchise Partners in designing and executing local area marketing initiatives in conjunction with the LAM team.
• Coach Franchise Partners and their teams to achieve success.
• Organise and conducting meetings that constructively engage our Franchise Partners/ Restaurant Managers and encourage a two-way flow of ideas and information;
• Grow your region by developing a strong bench of multi-unit Franchise Partners and supporting new Franchise Partners to achieve success with New Restaurant Openings
