Pharmasave is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Regional Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. This full-time permanent role is central to supporting Pharmasave owners in achieving optimal sales revenue and profitability across both front store and pharmacy operations. Reporting to the Region Director, Operations & Professional Affairs, the successful candidate will work closely with store owners, managers, and teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Regional Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting regular store visits, assessing operational needs, and supporting the successful implementation of merchandising, marketing, and pharmacy initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, guiding stores through best practices, and ensuring alignment with Pharmasave’s strategic goals.
