You will be calling on your previous operations and supervision experience while using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our company objectives. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team with the objective to meeting set KPI’s. As the Regional Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Control and manage superior service delivery to our clients
• Assist with Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve service objectives
• Direct and lead the operations personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Regional Branch Manager

• Manage and maintain property, plant and site securityManage logistical projects whether onsite or offsite, the handling and data capture of large numbers of cartons and the secure destruction process
