The Regional Trainer will oversee branch-level Operator Trainers in assigned geographical regions, working in collaboration with corporate training departments to improve operating training programs and services based on field experience and needs. The Regional Operator Trainer will also consult with branch and dealer management teams, trainers, national accounts, and customers to ensure consistent and property operator related training executions.  POSITION DESCRIPTION  * Conduct operator and supervisor training at various customer locations, dealers and branches * Develop and assist with quoting and scheduling training activities * Observe and evaluate operator training sessions conducted by branch level operator trainers * Ensure all branch trainers conduct consistent and quality training * Perform evaluations and re-evaluations on branch level trainers * Monitor, coach and promote branch level trainers as they progress through their careers * Develop and approve operator training programs, while continuously improving existing training course agendas and content KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE * High school graduate or equivalent * 3+ years’ experience with lift truck training and leadership experience * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills * Able to work with minimal supervision * Proven leadership abilities, including training, mentoring and performance management * Valid G driver’s license with clear driving abstract * Able and willing to travel across an assigned geographical region including overnight travel At Crown Lift Trucks, we believe in fairness and transparency.
