Description The main role of the Regional Operations Assistant is to support the Regional Operations Specialist in ensuring the healthy growth and management of the SynergyVet hospitals in the Lowcountry region. Main Tasks: Weekly in hospital site visits - currently six local locations Weekly and Monthly Scorecard Data (KPI) Compilation Lowcountry Hospital Invoice Auditing for Practice Manager Accountability Practice Manager Scorecard Review - alert Regional Ops of any notable progress or issues Accounts Payables Review Compiling all Lowcountry monthly reports for Regional Ops for Review: Accounts Receivables & Professional Adjustment Reporting Ezyvet Schedule Monitoring - alert Regional Ops of any potential scheduling/availability issues Shared Product Management and Invoicing - Bravecto Quantum/Proheart12/ETC Quality control, project execution at the hospital level Payroll oversight for all six hospitals Assist in recruiting process, resume screening, phone interviews Fill in staffing gaps when needed at hospitals Assist with new hospital development when needed Fill in staffing gaps when needed at hospitals Assist with new hospital development when needed Requirements Core Qualifications: 3-5 years Veterinary Industry Experience 3-5 years Management Experience Familiarity with key financial metrics, including KPIs and profit & loss statements Preferred Qualifications: Ezyvet PIMs Experience Multi-site hospital management experience
