    We are partnering with a well-established regional leader in training and workforce development to hire a Regional Partnership and Growth Manager for Learning Solutions. In this influential role, you’ll drive commercial growth, shape regional learning strategies, and lead enterprise enablement efforts across Southeast Asia and APAC.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B sales , learning solutions , or capability development
  • Strong understanding of regional workforce trends , public-private partnerships , and skills transformation policies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strategic, consultative sales approach
  • A track record of driving commercial success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute a regional commercial strategy for learning and capability-building solutions
  • Grow a portfolio of strategic clients, including government agencies and enterprise partners
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and commercial forecasting
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft solutions aligned with market needs and policy shifts (e.g., SkillsFuture)
  • Represent the organisation at high-level client meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements
  • Provide oversight on proposal development, pricing models, and enterprise learning roadmaps
