Description

As the Regional Partnerships Manager, you will be the main point of contact for introducers in your assigned region. You will work to develop and nurture strong partnerships, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for proactively managing expectations, providing timely updates, and ensuring our introducers receive the support they need to thrive. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator to meet revenue targets while improving introducer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for introducers within your region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Proactively manage introducer expectations with clear, accurate, and timely updates.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams, helping to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor introducer performance and deliver tailored strategies to maximise referral opportunities.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new introducers, ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Coach and guide introducers to help them understand and position Simply Conveyancing’s processes and value.
  • Identify risks within partnerships and implement solutions to mitigate them, along with strategies to retain introducers and reduce churn.
  • Support the development of communication strategies to enhance the introducer experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Improvement in introducer retention and satisfaction.
  • Timely resolution of escalated concerns.
  • Successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Positive feedback and high Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
