About The Role Reporting into the Senior Director in Finance, Asia and working closely with Human Resources, the Regional Payroll Manager will act as a specialist on payroll-related matters, provide professional payroll support across the region and manage all payroll related activities. What You'll Do Manage monthly payroll across the region for employees in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Korea, Japan and BVI Ensure payroll processing and payment is performed timely and accurately, including monthly payroll, tax withholding, final payments, pension contributions and any other related matters Provide administrative support for all payroll activities and documentation Manage payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate service Undertake timely income tax reporting across the region. Maintain and streamline the existing payroll process for the processing of monthly payroll Provide advisory services and attend to queries regarding payroll issues to business and employees Collect Payroll information from HR and send to Payroll vendor and office representatives where required Liaise with payroll vendor and process the tax returns regularly Work closely with HR and other functions to ensure employee data, compensation and benefit deductions are accurate Prepare payroll statistical reports and quarterly bonus reports for analysis, participate in audit and associated payroll functions Prepare annual leave, LSP provisions/accruals, bonus accruals and other payroll related reports for HR, Finance and/or business use Ad hoc duties as required How You’ll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications Degree holder in a related field. Eligibility to work in the country Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in payroll for Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Experience in other Asian countries is an absolute advantage.
